THE CONTEXT
DOMPilote is a company that develops and manufactures home automation products.
The WiziNote is an « autonomous concentrator for the management of connected objects » intented for the hospital, tertiary, agricultural, security and housing environments.
The latter is one of the areas where energy loss is most promising, so WiziNote provides innovative solutions that are particulary suited to compliance with RE 2020.
The challenge displayed is a complete reorganization for a system of collecting information on the enregy consumption of the user, in order to anticipate the provision of enregy of all kinds, in a thoughtful and defined way as an intelligent network « smart home »

The WiziNote is a home automation system embedded in a wall box, whihout box or API, meeting the charecteristics of the RE 2020.
Qualified as an « autonomous concentrator for the management of connected objects », it is intended for collective social and résidential housing, delivered configured ready for use.
Its quick and easy installation in the accomodation is secured by a tear-out system.
The WiziNote has great management power, which allows it to connect a large number of connected objects to it, particulary in ZigBee protocol for its low energy consumption.
The WiziNote, with touch screen, displays all the information concerning the operation of the accomodation, such as the transmitter-by-transmitter heating, enrgy consumption, water leaks, etc…
All of this personal data is protected and stored securely in WiziNote (edge computing technic).
This is equipped with an RJ45 connector, to connect it to the internet connection of the accommodation, or of the building, only with the authorizatuon of the user, to send secure information, to management platforms and/or alerts on the smartphone of the tenant or owner of the aprtment.

Founders
Roland RINGENBACH
Engineer by training, speak French, German, fluency in English.
Coming from Research and Development, he gradually integrated all trades, project management, production, such as international development, marketing and management.
President of the company SAUTER Régulation France (1991-2000), he was at the origin of many references such as: La Grande Arche, the TOTAL tower, the renovation of the SCOOR tower and the Val de Grâce hospital in Paris.
In 2015 he was the initiator of the WiziNote project, to make it, from all is experience, a major player in the management energy savings and the « smart home ».
Patrick de CARNE-CARNAVALET
He was extensive experience in sales and management. In particular, he led sales teams in the area of daily and free press management.
In 2015, he got involved in the WiziNote project to make him, thanks to his skills, a recognized player in the management of enrgy savings in correlation with « smart home ».
